2. Nature of Coaching Services

Macedo Business Solutions provides business coaching, training, and related educational content for real estate agents, teams, brokerage owners, coaches, creators, and entrepreneurs. Coaching is educational and developmental in nature.

Coaching is not therapy, financial advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any particular business outcome. Any results referenced on this site, including case studies, testimonials, or illustrative examples, reflect individual circumstances and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on factors including your market, effort, resources, and decisions, which are outside our control.

Where an example on this site is illustrative rather than an account of an actual client, it will be clearly labelled as such.

3. Intellectual Property

The content on this site, including frameworks, systems, checklists, written materials, video, audio, graphics, and the organisation and design of the site, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may use materials provided to you as part of a coaching programme for your own business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share our materials, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission. This includes materials built for you as reusable assets, such as lead magnets or guides, which remain licensed for your use in your own business and are not to be resold or redistributed as standalone products.

We reserve the right, at our discretion and without notice, to edit, update, or remove any content on this site, including this Agreement, at any time.

Submitting your details does not obligate you to purchase any programme or service.
